PUBLIC DATA. ONE SIMPLE LOOKUP.Every website lives on a server with a public IP address. A website hosting lookup resolves the domain to that address, then checks which network announces it on the internet. The owner of that network is usually the hosting company, or the CDN that sits in front of it.
WhoHostIt runs that check live and shows the hosting provider, network (ASN), IP range, and reverse DNS, alongside the domain’s registrar, nameservers, and email setup. It works as a website host checker for your own site or anyone else’s.
Enter your own domain above. Your hosting provider is the organisation that owns the network your website’s IP address belongs to. If your site is behind Cloudflare or another CDN you’ll see the CDN instead; your hosting account or invoices will name the origin host.
The Registration section names your domain registrar, read from the official registry (RDAP) record. Your registrar is where you renew the domain and change its nameservers. It can be a different company from your web host.
Cloudflare, Fastly, Akamai, and other CDNs sit in front of many websites. Visitors connect to the CDN, so its network is all that public DNS can reveal. The real origin server is deliberately hidden.
It’s a strong clue rather than a guarantee. Resellers, managed platforms, and shared infrastructure can mean the company you pay is not the company that owns the network.
Paste a domain or a full URL. We’ll find the hostname and its registered parent domain.
Public DNS, routing data, and registry records reveal the domain’s infrastructure.

WhoHostIt is a free domain lookup tool owned and operated by Williation Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
We built it to make public internet records easy to read: who hosts a website, who it’s registered with, when it expires, and how its DNS and email are set up. Every result comes from public sources at the moment you search, and we don’t keep a history of what you look up.
